Born on the 1st March 2000,  BL Zero is a genre-bending lekompo producer/ DJ & qualified medical doctor. Hailing from the rural heart of Moletjie, Limpopo, his sound is deeply rooted in culture, rhythm, and real-life experience.

He first built his name as a campus DJ at Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University (SMU), before evolving into an afro house and amapiano producer. His early amapiano work includes collaborations with DJ Karri on tracks like Tigger, Azul, Sanitizer, and Batista, which opened doors to studio sessions with heavyweights like Kabza De Small, DJ Maphorisa, and Major League DJz.

Driven by his Limpopo roots, BL Zero transitioned into lekompo; immersing himself in the culture and refining a sound that’s both authentic and forward-thinking. He has since worked closely with rising and established voices in the space, including Shebeshxt, Hitboss SA, Kaycherlow NLL, Naqua SA, Ba Bethe Gashoazen, and Mvzzle.

With a unique story and a culturally rich sound, BL Zero brings a high-energy, authentic lekompo experience to every stage.
